EMILIANO CAPOZOLI - PHOTOGRAPHY - BRASIL/LONDRES

Emiliano Capozoli vive em Londres começou a trabalhar como fotojornalismo, quando estudava jornalismo em S. Paulo, Brasil. Atualmente ele faz o seu mestrado em fotojornalismo e fotografia documental na London College to Communication.

Trabalhando como freelancer internacional para a imprensa brasileira, Emiliano viveu por dois anos e meio em Paris, onde estudou por um ano cinema na Universidade Sorbonne - Nouvelle Paris 3

Antes de deixar o Brasil, teve uma de suas fotos escolhidas para ser publicada no livro " Retrospectiva de Fotojornalismo - 2007 -S.Paulo" depois disso, ele ainda publicou outros dois livros, um deles sobre crianças com câncer e outro sobre a maior ocupação vertical da América Latina " Prestes Maia 911"

Na Europa ele teve fotos publicadas nos jornais Folha de S. Paulo, Valor Económico e revistas como Veja, Placar, Cult, Serafina, Exame, IstoÉ, IstoÉ Dinheiro, època, Caras. Como freelancer Emiliano contribue também para Agência SIPA; Grand Angular Agência e Folha Press.

I'm a Brazilian photographer living in Europe since 2007. Before London, I spent 2 and half year in Paris doing personal projects and studying.

Degreed in Journalism and MA in photojournalism and documentary photography, I work as a freelancer photographer for many medias in Europe and Brazil.

Emiliano Capozoli is a documentary photographer born in Sao Paulo, based in London. He studied journalism in Brazil and cinema for an year at Sorbonne University in Paris. In 2011, he did his MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at London College of Communication.

He works in Europe as a photographer correspondent of many relevant media of the Brazilian press.

Capozoli has exhibited his work in Brazil, England and France.

Fazendo retratos pelas ruas de Paris: Emiliano Capozoli, direto de São Paulo, um promissor nome do fotojornalismo brasileiro.

Tive o prazer de recebê-lo sob recomendação de outro camarada, Bruno Miranda. Aqui você confere algumas fotos feitas por ele para recente edição da Revista Época, uma matéria sobre Kindle com Paulo Coelho. Juntamente alguns registros de um rápido passeio por Nova Almeida e região.
De seu Perfil no Flickr: “Comecei no meio da fotografia desde quando entrei na faculdade de jornalismo em 2002. Era assistente em um estúdio em S. Paulo. Em seguida trabalhei por 2 anos na Folha de S. Paulo como repóter-fotográfico (…) por diversas agências e revistas, como a Agência Luz, dirigida por Luludi e Luiz Prado.
Entre idas e vindas, publiquei dois livros: um sobre cancêr infantil, encomendado pelo Banco do Brasil, e um outro sobre o edif’icio Prestes Maia, resultado de dois anos de fotos e entrevistas nos corredores daquele que foi a maior ocupaçao vertical da América Latina. (…)
Na França desde 2007, faço frilas para a Folha de S. Paulo e O Estado de S. Paulo além de colaborar para uma agência espanhola, Grand Angular.
