STEPHAN BRUSCHE - ISTEEF -STREET ART - HOLANDA
Não parece que alguém tenha dito a Stephan Brusche para não brincar com a comida, mas está tudo bem para nós. Este artista imaginativo, com sede em Rotterdam, na Holanda, transforma regularmente as bananas em obras de arte criativas e alegres.
Brusche não é um que afasta outras frutas também, mas parece favorecer a banana. Também gostamos, porque mostra o quanto um artista pode fazer, mesmo dentro de um campo estreito e aparentemente limitado como a arte da banana. Para mais sobre sua arte.
#urbanana is a project initiated by NRW Tourism and sets out to promote the cities Cologne, Düsseldorf and the Ruhr area in Germany. If you look on a map the total surface of those three urban areas is shaped like a banana. During online research they found my work and reached out to me to produce videos and pictures for their first press conference and social media channels. I made different fruitdoodles and stopmotion animation videos for the three areas and the #urbanana logo.
The Health4Brands agency asked me to do some life fruitdoodling in California and Florida for their client Relypsa. My answer of course was: yes please! I got flown in first class(!) to San Diego first. I was fruitdoodling during the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Conference at the San Diego Convention Center for three days. After that I went directly to Orlando where I made lots of fruitdoodlings during the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions at the Orange County Convention Center.
After seeing my banana art on Borded Panda TNT Express reached out to me to collaborate with them on their current ‘Blue Banana’ campaign. The large marketing campaign was designed to support export shipments of parcels and freight to the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. That area is also know as the ‘Blue Banana’, blue because of the European flag and banana because of the shape. I came up with different fruitdoodles for each country and a making off video of one of them.
Later on they asked me add a few more countries to so they could give them away as prizes for an internal competition at TNT Express.
